The Website is a general audience site and does not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from or about children under 13 years of age. If we discover that we have received any information from a child under 13 in violation of this policy, we will delete that information immediately. If you believe that the Web Services has any information from or about anyone under 13, please contact us.

From time to time RND may modify this Privacy Policy to reflect industry initiatives or changes in the law, our Personally Identifiable Information collection and use practices, the features of the Web Services, or technology, and such modifications shall be effective upon posting by RND on the Website. Your continued use of the Web Services after RND posts a revised Privacy Policy signifies your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. It is therefore important that you review this Privacy Policy regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes. If RND materially changes its practices regarding collection or use of your Personally Identifiable Information, your Personally Identifiable Information will continue to be governed by the Policy under which it was collected unless you have been provided notice of, and have not objected to, the change.

RND PRIVACY PRINCIPLES

COLLECTION AND SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION

Personally Identifiable Information is your full name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, or credit card number that you voluntarily provide to RND when they register (also known as "Registration PII"). In addition, RND collects other non- Personally Identifiable Information including IP address, aggregate user data, and browser type. This data is used to manage and improve the Web Services, track usage, and for security purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, update, and/or delete your Personally Identifiable Information at any time. You can do so by using the Web Services, by logging into the Site with your username and password, or by contacting RND customer support.

Changes to Your Information are typically executed immediately. For example, if you terminate your account, your account immediately becomes inaccessible and all Personally Identifiable Information within your account is completely removed from the RND servers. Please remember that if you have shared your Personally Identifiable Information with other users, they may retain such shared information in their accounts notwithstanding your decision to terminate your RND account.

How we collect and store information depends on the page you are visiting, the activities in which you elect to participate and the services provided. You can visit some pages on the Website without providing any information. Other pages may prompt you to provide information, such as when you register for access to portions of our site, sign up for membership, request certain features.

Like most websites, the Website also collects information automatically and through the use of electronic tools that may be transparent to our visitors. For example, we may log the name of your Internet Service Provider or use "cookie" technology. Cookies are small pieces of information that is transferred to your browser by a Web server and can only be understood by the server that gave it to you. RND uses cookies to identify your Internet browser, store Users' preferences, and determine whether you have installed the enabling software needed to access certain material on the Web Services. Among other things, the cookie may store your user name and password, sparing you from having to re-enter that information each time you visit, or may control the number of times you encounter a particular advertisement while visiting our site. Data in cookies may be read to authenticate user sessions or provide services.

Third party advertisements displayed on the Web Services may also contain cookies set by Internet advertising companies or advertisers (known as "third party cookies"). RND does not control these third party cookies and you should check the privacy policy of the Internet advertising company or advertiser to see whether and how it uses cookies.

You can program your computer to warn you each time a cookie is being sent, block third party cookies or block all cookies. However, by blocking all cookies you may not have access to certain features on the Web Services.

Like most Internet services, we use log files, both on the user and server side. The data held in log files includes your IP address, browser type, e-mail application, Internet service provider ("ISP"), referring/exit Web pages, computer platform type, date/time stamp, and user activity. RND uses server log data to analyze trends, administer the Web Services and the Website, and improve service levels. IP addresses are not tied to any Personally Identifiable Information. Your Information may also exist temporarily within regularly performed server backups.

USE OF INFORMATION

RND will use your information only as permitted by law. Aggregated Information (information that does not personally identify you) may be used in many ways. As one example, we may combine information about your usage patterns with similar information obtained from other users to learn which pages are visited most or what features are most attractive. Aggregated Information may occasionally be shared with our advertisers and business partners, but cannot be used to contact you individually.

RND may also use Personally Identifiable Information for other purposes including but not limited to site administration and troubleshooting. Certain third parties who provide technical support for the operation of our Web site (our Web hosting service) may access such information.

RND may also disclose your information in response to a court order, at other times when we believe we are reasonably required to do so by law, in connection with the collection of amounts you may owe to us, and/or whenever we deem it appropriate or necessary to give such information to law enforcement authorities. Please note we may not provide you with notice prior to disclosure in such cases.

Additionally, we may use Personally Identifiable Information:
